At Benzie Design, we want you to love every felt and craft supply you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive the correct shipping address for our studio.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items, such as felt sheets, floss, or kits, in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and damage-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
